Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Department of Education to ensure, to greatest extent practicable, that school district does not receive lesser distribution amount from State School Fund during 2023-2025 biennium as result of increase in formula weight for students in poverty families. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2023.
