Establishes Task Force on the State of Sport in Oregon to make recommendations for growing businesses in athletics, team sports, outdoor activities and recreation ecosystem in order to establish Oregon as most conducive location in North America for sports economy.

Requires task force to submit progress reports and final report, including recommendations for legislation, to interim committees of Legislative Assembly related to economic development. Sunsets January 2, 2026. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
